Mapping and analysis of national sport diplomacies

There is a hypothesis that we can build a common EU Sport Diplomacy from existing policies. 27 reports on each EU national sport diplomacy, that were analysed and compared building on research described above, this large-scale study provides a clear analysis on the current state of sport diplomacy throughout the region and proposes to use identified good practices as foundation for policies at the EU level.

There is a great degree of variation across the 27 Member States. This variation speaks to the richness of the different approaches, but also some of the difficulties of talking with common tongue across the Member States.
